Refund policy

At Placed by Grace Boutique, we hope you love every item you receive! We understand that sometimes an item may not work out, and we want to make the return process as simple as possible.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear, and must have all original tags attached.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

PREORDER POLICY: All preorder items are considered FINAL SALE. Because preorder items are specially ordered based on customer demand, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for changes of mind once an order has been placed. Full payment is collected at checkout. Estimated chipping dates are provided in each product description and may change due to supplier or shipping delays. Customers will be notified of significant delays. If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, or if a refund is required by applicable law, you will be eligible for a refund. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with out Return & Refund policy and applicable law. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Final Sale Items: Clearance or items marked FINAL SALE, gift cards, personalized/custom-made merchandise, and intimate items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Exchanges: Because inventory may be limited, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the size or style you would like.

To Start a Return: Please email karly@placedbygraceboutique.com with your name, order number, item(s) you would like to return, and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
